Cooper resident responds to ‘smelly pole’ story
Koppers founder B. Fletcher spoke at a policy-making seminar I was in. He used the the phrase “fudge-headed MBA.” Clearly some of those have been at work in the policy-making and studies cited in this article.
At the rear of the property I live in is a badly fractured utility pole. I told Xcel Energy lots about the danger, including the fact that one of my many cousins works with authorities on all issues related to power plants and preventing attacks on them.
Cost benefit analysis? What is saved [financially] or health-wise here?
